There's A Story
It wasn’t until I became a mother, that I understood what it meant to be a feminist. During these 7 plus years of motherhood, I’ve learned an enormous amount about myself and the complexity of life as a woman.
I’ve been listening to women of all walks of life, hearing their struggles, pains and how they’re learning to cope. I’ve learned we’re not all that much different. Sure, we look different, sound different, and often appear to have nothing in common. But our struggles connect us. The struggles of a single mother, a stay-at-home mom, a young woman starting her career, and the woman finding new life after retiring from her career, are connected with common threads.
Every woman has a story, something to teach us, an opportunity to strengthen us. This is why SheHasDrive is here. To share the stories, the fibers of our world that make us each unique and yet the same.
